I miss the Rec Room from 2020-2023 with my friends on the PlayStation 4, where we played fun games, horror games, original Rec Room games, and a ton of other things. Everything was fun, but since Roblox arrived on the PlayStation 4, the game hasn't been the same...

i miss the rooms being filled with social people now most of them quit and the rooms are now filled with little kids after mobile was ported

In short, Rec Room was ruined over time, and at the same time, the kids ruined Rec Room. I wouldn't say the same because when I discovered Rec Room, I was 9 years old, but I could talk through a microphone since I linked it to my mom's Gmail account so I could talk. I didn't swear, I just laughed. Sometimes (all the time), I miss that Rec Room, free of insults, of laughter, of the nights with or without rain, with or without heat, with or without cold, where I played Rec Room with my group of friends. As the years went by, we all left Rec Room as a group, but only I stayed, and two friends from the group joined. Then another one joined, and I invited more people. But there's something I always notice. The games aren't the same, the sensation isn't the same, the laughter isn't as strong as before, and nothing is the same as before...

Also, I'm Argentinian (I speak Spanish and I know almost no English since everything I say is translated) and I didn't understand what everyone who played Rec Room was saying, but sometimes you would find Spanish-speaking people in games that used to be fun, so for me it was very sad not being able to talk to people in English to be able to socialize more and make the game more fun to play. Speaking of the full bodies, for me it was a very bad UPD since the only mystique that was left in the game was lost, since Rec Center was modified a lot and now it's laggy, the robot ia they added this half-half since it's good but I don't feel it's necessary, Rec Room is not the same, the mystique is not the same and the people are not the same anymore. Rec Room is lost...

I remember how i used to play while it was holiday at like 8 am in the morning in winter while it was hella cold outside, no snow just cold and i was in my most cozy room ever. I played some hangout game and sozialized and let me tell you that felling that i felt was indescribable.

They made a game that tries to be simple, where you're able to make games, and you shouldn't just switch their entire style randomly, but they did.

Rec rooms slowly seeing there mistakes and is fixing them whether you see it or not but im there actually getting better slowly because gibbly is finally seeing that his dream for rec room was too big

It wasn't, he went full corporate and changed his ideas, and added a bunch of new crappy items just to get a larger playerbase

I stopped playing in 2023 and when I came back in 2024 I realized that they completely eliminated the skin missions, I realized that the room in the corner had the box with the skin and it is no longer there, it is a shame, I do not know why they eliminated it.

2023 did seem like the year Rec Room went ill.
