So basically I’ve Been working on this civilization game for a week or two now and have found a problem I don’t know how to fix basically I’m using a event to give wood after you chop a tree down or mine a rock but I came into a problem while beta testing where it wouldn’t give them any rocks and when I tried getting rid of the if player is local it started to give materials to everyone
#I have a localization error with my game

There's not enough here to see a problem, though you can get rid of a few chips to make it more efficient; remove the sequence chip and have the subtitle connect into the set transform; instead of an if chip and has tag chip, use an if has tag chip
I doubt it's a localisation error
I imagine the wrong player is being outputted chopped info player pin
It’s the trigger handle that’s being sent as the data
Is that a setting in the receiver
Because I can’t find it
Yes you have to configure it
Configure your event receiver
Try the sender, I apologize
The event sender
It’s local but it still isn’t working thanks for the help tho
Okay cool, then from out your even receiver use "player should run" and use that chip to the player that should only run it. Then try that see if it works
It still only lets one player get wood at a time
Yeah one player should get the wood right?
Yeah but it only allows me to collect it not anyone else even if they a have a axe/rock to
Can I see the circuits for the trigger handle part
Maybe something there might be causing it
It's okay, is the friper the player?
The player thats holding the axe correct? @frank saddle
Yeah
Okay so since there's only one axe itll only give it to the person carrying the single axe (trigger handle )
There’s multiple of them
So all of those trigger handles are cloned and have their own separate circuits for each one?
Yes
Did you okay make sure those events have different names then
Let him cook
Because it's getting info on the person who's holding it
🔥
Just change the event definition name for the other axes, like put a 2 next to it or something that's not the same name
Then test it out
No just only the name, no cloning, configure the definition of each event and just give it a slightly different name.
Make sure each definition are not the same name
You mean the sender?
No the event definition
Because there’s only one definition
And I can’t clone the chips of the reciver because of chip limitations
🥀🥀🥀
Where's the other trigger handles for the other axes?
There in each other
Alr one sec lemme get my headset
