If I recall, private instances aren't subject to moderation. If it were it wouldn't be considered private. The best action that can be taken is to have video evidence and reporting the offending player both in-game and via Zendesk, videos can be attached to the ticket at the bottom of the page.

With due respect this “system” you have has failed on multiple occasions to keep people safe. In particular I recommend you keep your eyes on the certain “rec room mafia” community because there has been over 20 cases of people being took advantage of in ways that are beyond not okay. Conduct or not. People meet vis your platform and take it to discord. It shouldn’t even make it to discord if your system worked well enough. I personally have no better ideas but I think people should honestly have to give ID or if over a certain age the parents should have to give ID and confirm their child is okay to play the game. Ofcourse this is unless we are strictly caring about more players for more money over safety.
