Personally I think thereās way better ideas. To make money off Rec Room instead of having to focus on RR+, and UGC.
Rec Room has just gotten worse over the years with monetisation with example Make It To Midnight that had budget of 3 million. But lost 97% of it and only made 240k from it.

Rec Room basically runs off being a free to play game like Roblox. Fact is Robloxās monetisation worked and Rec Roomās didnāt.
Thereās definitely a way better way to make money off this game and make the community happy as well instead of the newer updates like Roomie being a RR+ exclusive.

But thatās more of a consequence

The cause was, they started to become authoritarian and reach out to children in their adverts
They ruined their teen/adult fanbase and basically tried to make the entire thing a cash grab effort, and when everyone left now they really need money
