How much data your uploading? Also, test your wifi if its slow uploading.

If he reached the "build failed" thing, it means the upload part completed succesfully

so it's not an Internetion connection issue

Found it : #1349076672363630662 message There's a thing regarding importing textures from an FBX. It's worth a try if you did that.
