Broken Room Fix?

Me and my friends made stuff in a room with the maker pen that once we saved, didn’t load the game anymore. We kept getting teleported back to our dorm and our old fix to that issue was to bring it a save back but were getting tired of that because we keep losing progress every single time. Is there a way in RRS to get the maker pen objects into another subroom or room or as an invention?

Solution: Dont use rooms 2

Theres a few tools and things like unlimited ink that was needed for the room to be possible

and plus when I did it on Limits V2, the buttons and options for the palette were gone for me and my friends

the reason we didn’t report it is because they don’t care about rooms 1 and Limits V2 specifically

well function > look anyway. any good looking room performs terribly bc glitch ink. Thats y its even in the name of ink overflow, they go past ink limit literally. Its unfair & i think other builders know. Its fine, rec just aint it. Least not rn ig

for the people wondering, I copied all the work I recently made and pasted it into a older save

none of our rooms go past ink limits. how do you have the helpful role if you just make up stuff?

everyone literally has, base kit, 1000% ink. you cant hit ink limits anymore without trying extremely hard. but sure, its unfair, or whatever.

thats what happens when you put thousands of spheres into a model and animate it.

idk what to say. at this point rooms by default come with so much ink you could fit 2 sister locations into one map

if you're running into ink issues you are doing something very wrong

i remember 2020, making a single animatable fnaf character was 30 ink. & bro has the whole gang

all i use is sphere, cube, tube, & occasionally cylinders

pretty much in that order of most to least

so back then had to be 60+

i made a little modrately detailed neighborhood fir like 35 ink. No hollowed out aninatronics, just mostly cubes n such. So i still dont see how can get hollow things as smooth as that without, as u said, thousands of spheres

there is literally no reason you would need to glitch ink

this also feels stupidly easy to verify during contest periods, ie devs give themselves ghost permissions in your rooms to use makerpen and fly around.

idk dawg why dont you boot up one of those old builds of RR and check the room out there, i have no clue what ink calculations mean coming over to the new nearly infinite ink rooms we have now

the point isnt just that the room wasnt "glitched," its that you also called the notion of having infinite ink "unfair" even though literally everyone has infinite ink.

the point is that 100% = 37.49% in the new ink budget. The sister location room is even below that.

so its not ink glitched.
