When I walk in game with my hand it either dosnt let me walk or walks very slowly

To answer your question, you may have drift on your controller. I suggest using electronic contact cleaner and spraying it into the stick and move the stick around @limber tartan

But there could be some gunk in your controller that is preventing it from moving properly

If you don't want to buy contact cleaner then you can try these suggestions:
Unpair and repair the controllers

Recalibrate thumbsticks

check the batteries

Perhaps it is the room you are in that is making you slow

Room owners can affect walking speeds

Nothing else in the settings would affect walking speed

debris in your controller doesn't always mean stick drift

Otherwise i'd suggest going into the misc section of your watch and submitting a bug report there since it also sends player logs
