geting vcb every time i get un vcb

Okay so whenever I get voice band it says it's because of a related account but it doesn't say what account and my account isn't connected to any others except my friend who hasn't been on in almost a year and I don't know what to do because it's one hour bands but I get voice band every single time one ends
