Can someone please explain to me how containers work in v2 and how its different from merging and what i should be putting in containers? Its so confusing to me :(

Im gonna cry why does rr push rooms v2 so hard yet let it be extremely lagging, bru i have 1 container with 3 containers within it, why the hell is my game lagging this bad

its just not optimized i guess, its mostly fine for me unless im moving a ton of objects
