It's full body only because they're trying to phase out old bean. There's no point in porting it when it'll get removed later. It works for new bean though :3

The compression of the faces makes it look all baby-ish and silly. Even with the new body-type modifier, it still feels off. Then, if you wanted switch back to the classic bean to see how much it affected your orginal avatar, it looks goofy because of how you switched your features on the new bean.
