Motivation

I'm a pretty advanced circuiteer that does many big projects and also works for a team. I want to know if any people have good ways to stay motivated on the same project for a decent period of time, I ask this because probably around 70% of my projects i end up just losing motivation and never finishing them. Any tips?

Srs tho everyone loses motivation so the question you need to ask yourself is “will I enjoy this game when I’m done”

Well i will enjoy it, I just need to be able to keep myself motivated to play like 1hr a day for 7 days

My projects most the time are only like 300-2500 circuits

so its not too long
