I saw that video from Calm Bee and wanted to know, how do I add that "Unity Event"?

You can follow the tutorial directly if you want, but me personally, I would use a Studio Function instead

All you have to do is add a Float input, add an instruction, drag and drop the progress bar image, then set the instruction to Image > f > fillAmount > set, then set the fill amount to the float input you just created
