Oh you're equipping costumes, i had a feeling you meant this instead even though in your post you say it's about equipping tags. Only 1 person can wear a costume at a time sorry.

Weapons you can spawn multiple of. You can use object spawners (though they're broken/bugged half the time) to spawn more weapons, or in game rules chips i'm pretty sure there is a way to write in the tag of RRO weapons and when the game starts (not sure if it works when you join a started game) if there are none spare in the room it creates more.
