yes, in player made rooms anyone can be a mod. but all vmods have mod in the recenter, and not in player made rooms.

the mod icon means they are a rec room vmod/mod

crown/badge/star in player made rooms just shows if they're owner/mod/host. vmods dont have mod in all rooms, but they always have mod in the rec center
