Rec room crashing on pc after approx 3-5 minutes

I’ve tried everything to fix this issue. Whenever I start up rec room (on PC), it does the usual loading screen, select user, enter dorm room stuff. And basically I can play a game for like 2 minutes or so and then it just crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling it off steam, completely deleting everything related to the game on my PC and then installing it again. I even verified my game cache which is what the first search on google told me to do. My PC isn’t made for gaming so that could be an issue but it used to work just fine before. I don’t know what to do

The model is a HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0xxx

It should be able to Run RecRoom, just not very well, I would recommend trying to download the game from RecRoom directly, make sure that you have already uninstalled the steam launcher one. And if you haven't already, please submit a ticket so a staff member could assist you.

Ok, I tried downloading rec room directly and played through the application launcher. I still have the same problem though, what ticket should I submit? It has options for login issues, appealing junior account changed, purchase issues and player safety concerns. None of them seem to fit my problem though
