How to Enable Switch compatibility?

One of the worlds im working on seems to not allow switch users to join. however. when i create a clone of the same map.
said switch users are allowed to join me.

i was told there is a chance i can contact someone in recroom to allow switch compatibility

is this true. and if so where do i go?

i understand that. if their room hasn't been featured, which is a requirement to be on switch, rec room isn't gonna give them switch compatibility.
