You sound very underage but regardless, it is indeed just an invention someone spawned. Like technolard said, you can just revert to a previous save.
Or, if you made alot of progress since the previous save and you don't want to lose it you miiiight be able to just go into the "Inventions Used" tab at the bottom of the room page, open it from there and then the "despawn" button should be available to press, deleting the invention.

Or just place down an invention that spikes the NET usage so you can delete it by hand

Deleting it through "inventions used" should be much easier. You don't even have to locate it, it's just a button and done
