My best strategy for support is saying to create a ticket if no specialised advice can be given, it works well.

Yeah, its not the most ideal thing for most people given it takes time for a response from support. But RR Support are able to sort out almost anything. I just like to keep tabs on the 403 stuff and don't mind being pinged for it.

By the way a user named Lexi is having a different tech problem but it’s not a 403, do you mind if I ping you there?

I’m pretty sure it’s Supremium’s job but I know you two are on similar teams, just react with a thumbs up and I’ll ping there.

I only know how to fix the 403 issues. If its something else they will probably have to create a support ticket. I don't know if Supremium responds to DMs or not

Ok Rocko :D. I told them to create a ticket yesterday and they did. It’s still occurring today and I told them it takes a bit for a response.

Hey Lexi, I only really know how to solve the 403 Forbidden issue. I'd recommend creating a ticket with Rec Room support and then just keep replying to the ticket until you get past the automated replies. They'll be way better equipped to know what the issue is and how to fix it.
