The Creator COC ?

so someone joined my game and was playing music through their mic (not a sound board , literally just putting their phone up to their mic) and this was not against our in game rules (my games house rules) but they kept raising the volume witch is against our games rules , the punishment for if you fail to follow the house rule you are killed (in game as it is a PVP/RP/Military) then after they got killed they where saying RDM and I was killed for no reason even though they where told 5+ times to lower their volume , but they did not listen and proceeds to read out the creator COC and then report the game for RDM and a soft kick , even though he was vote kicked by other players that had no permissions in the game , so I am very confused if I was braking the creator COC therefore I read both the long version of the Creator COC and the summary of the creator COC , I even read the normal COC casual players oblige to , no where in any of the codes of conducts could I see , Killing a player for blasting music through their mic ,is against it . So I am still confused on weather my game did brake or did not brake the creator COC?

The creator Coc does not apply to regular players.
The COC is what you should be looking at.
The creator COC depends on stuff in the creators game.
You the player cannot break this unless you are the creator of the game.

yes , i am the owner of this game and the person joined , broke the house rules , complained because they got killed and then reported the game

Ok then if they say you broke the creator COC rules. They are most probably wrong.
It’s your game.
You’re allowed to kill them if a rule is made. Specifically if the rule is made by you. I’ve seen other military games have the same rule too

that's what I thought , I said that and they responded with "because its not in the COC I don't have to follow it"

I’m going to be honest, They are stupid.
A game made by another creator is obviously going to have their own rules.
At that point just don’t listen to them.

okay , thank you very much as this helps me a lot , although i an still curious as they have said they have got a other game taken down before also is soft banning against the creator COC

as one of the people in the room soft banned him but i dont know who it was

Banning is done by choice.
I’m pretty sure if you ban someone they have no reason or right to even think about reporting a game.
I was banned from an infinite ikea room for whatever reason but it was the creators choice. Or moderator. You’re able to unban them if you think it was a mistake or abuse in moderation/co owner power
