They can't really do anything unless you find a way to access the account again or show them that you are the owner of the email. How did you lose access to the email?

Rec Room are unable to assist with account recovery should you lose access to your trusted email.
With your email account, have you tried contacting your provider?

Sadly, there is little that can be done to recover your account.
When this happened to me a couple of years ago, I had to start again.
Rec Room can only assist if you can prove account ownership; they do this via a connected email or phone.
