it’s not an ios issue it’s just that they have expired log in so they can’t create an account or anything until they redo their log in

when you make an account on a device with another account they get linked, but you can’t link to an account you aren’t logged in on

then do a forgot password and get it reset

your not going to be able to do anything until you get that account logged back in

you could try a full uninstall and reinstall with cleared document data to see if the account gets unlinked but it’s unlikely since rec room does the device check on the server end
