why is recroom so laggy!!

i used to run 120hz well on recroom steanvr using around 1508x1664 per eye resolution but now even in the goldentrohy lobby by myself on 512x512 resolution i average around 70

5 month ago i coukd run 120hz fine in rr vr but now i just.. cant.. rtx 3060ti i7 11700k 32gb ddr4 3600mhz

But i installed nvidia profile inspector and i fixed it

It's should work then because my specs sucks and I can run 120hz pretty well
