your meta account age is under 10, meaning you cannot play rec room on it. i think you can fix this by unlinking your rec room account (it says it right there), and making a new meta account and playing on that one

your account isnt a jr account, you have a portfolio and bio which jrs cant have. it has to be the age on your meta account thats effecting it

id unlink the recroom account from the device and play it on another account that has your proper age, or see if the age on your meta account is wrong and change it if they let you

is your account on another headset or something that has an age below 10? i have no idea why your account would say that if youre not on a jr account and your meta account has the proper age

very odd, id do another ticket and explain all of that. say your account isnt a jr and that your meta account has your proper age. im assuming youll get the same bot response, but just respond to it and explain it again and a real person should respond next and be able to help
