makerpen help

[turbid canyon]

whenever I place tubes using the makerpen they will have a rotation to them if I move my hand even a little bit when drawing them, is there a way to fix this? I dont want shapes I place to be rotated at all (im using grid)

I havent built in a long while and im assuming this is a simple setting but I have no idea where to find it and ive searched for atleast 20 minutes

Im not 100% but i dont think you can change that its a nasty update feature/bug its sucks

Yeah i swear i hadn't noticed that in a long while, i don't know if it was a glitch that's come back or if i just stopped noticing, odd. Worst case, you can edit the tube and just hold-click individual puvits to realign them with your snap position/rotation settings.

thats what ive been doing, works well but its annoying

Honestly, turn all settings off (remembering what was on originally so you can change it back) for all different tools (some tool settings can affect other tools like rotate around pivot) and see if it stops doing this.

It definitely used to happen, but i also only noticed it again recently, so it may have been removed and added back?
