Can you try to restart your router by unplugging it/re-plug it ?

Make sure the game is closed when you do that.

I restarted my router and when that didnt work I turned off the internet on my computer for about 1 minutes then turned it back on. Then I restarted my computer. Any other tips? Also thanks for replying so quickly!

I downloaded the game from the website and have been playing with no problems for a while now and this is the first time it happened!
