Gift Card redeems not working

Anyone else have this issue? I normally don’t buy tokens or gift cards but when I do this ALWAYS happens. Every single time!! I have to end up waiting 3-5 days for a response from a ticket to get it fixed. The button can be clicked but doesn’t redirect you to the next page and doesn’t redeem your card. It’s very frustrating. If anyone knows a fix please let me know (I already tried multiple different devices)

How about, you restart rec.net, log out, re-log in and try again?

I got it to work. Had to use a VPN to get it to work

I have that same issue how do u use a VPN

I do it all on mobile and it does that

I used PC to redeem it

Man I Don't have pc

Try and incognito browser and see if that works
