when i join, pictures and stuff don't show and the people i cant see and lots of other stuff.

So basically when you enter a room, you need to download what is in the room.

So your wifi might take a little bit more time than usual to download everything, that is why you are experiencing this.

But it is fine, Try restarting your wifi and try again.
