Dorm Room

Why can’t you spawn in inventions in your own dorm and why can’t you use anything like circuits the only thing I can use are the shapes and tools I like working on stuff in my dorm and now I’m kind of mad because you cant really do anything in your dorm also J don’t wanna make a room for making stuff because I already have so much rooms. If anyone can tell me the reason why you can’t use circuits and stuff in your room please tell me.
