Does anybody know how to fix the glitch where it keeps saying preparing dorm room then sends me back to loading screen saying downloading player data over and over again

Tried that it still doesn’t work I mean i did just get this account back from like a year or not playing it so idk if they are real player data downloads or it’s just glitching and sending me back to that screen every time
