Soundpad Music keeps cutting off

Soundpad music is being noise suppressed in rec room, records onto samplers fine but cuts out when not, anyone got a fix?
Soundpad, a fa as I'm aware isn't the issue as I can play music onto a sampler and it's crystal clear, it's just when not played through a sampler it starts cutting out

my brother had a similar issue when he was using voicmeeter, it was cutting in and out becaus his noise gate was too high for spotify. is that a possible issue?

does soundpad have some sort of noise gate?
