If I'm not mistaken, clubs can have their exchange for quests as well. It's not all of them, but some do require compensation here and there. As far as I know, there's only been maybe 1 or few asked for compensation in the archived quest channel, everyone did theirs out of free will to gift, or to find friends.

P.S. I'm not against you trying to promote your club implicitly, "free/paid," but I'm helping people find quest friends of their own, too.
