It should say gift right next to the buy button or the report button (Report button is on the right side of the watch UI) also level doesn’t have to do with anything you also need the required amount of tokens to purchase/send the gift

I see the problem I’m pretty sure you need RR+ to gift wether you own the shirt or not your forced to have RR+ I’m pretty sure
