I believe they are because of a bug being found on NEARLY EVERY UPDATE LOG.
and every new update A NEW BUG ARRIVES, me personally I feel like they do it to add more stuff to the update logs.

Yes and no. Another man's update is another man's bug. Everytime they fix a bug, another bug pops out, but it isn't intentional. It's like trying close all the holes of a sinking boat, only for there to be another spout, and you keep sinking.

If you’ve ever actually tried to make a game yourself before, you would know how easy it is to run into bugs. I don’t understand why you would think they intentionally add bugs.
