If they’re named they’re most likely a variable chip

Well, there's a few ways to make admin panels. I do know some people like to do so in RRS, making their own Custom Curcuits. While others just use circuits that RR has. Some make them with advanced ones, some make them with a click of a button with simple circuits, and some just.. well.. eh admin panels.

If you do want an admin panel, I can consider a couple freinds of mine that make those. Or, I can assist you with making one possibly.
