I don't think he died from a heart attack I think he just died/passed out from an epileptic seizure

shocking yet I dont think there was legal action involved at all
that makes sense. if he had a seizure then it was not rec rooms fault.

I've always wanted to know more about this incident because I could never quite figure out if it was real or not I heard from a freind who heard from a freind I've always looked around and could never find much info I've heard he had a heart attack and his avatar was in the Rec center for 3 or 4 days but that's most the info I can find now I'm not even sure that's true
