It crashes when I join a game every 10 minutes or so

I'd say try that and if that doesn't work, start a Zendesk ticket
Within 1-3 business days you should get a response, Just tell them everything you do when you start the game and don't leave out details

If nothing seems to work it could just be an error on Rec Room's behalf not being optimized enough on mobile devices
