The way the streamer cam works makes it impossible to work on standalone devices, the camera must display what it sees on a monitor, which standalone VR headsets do not have

They would have that monitor if it was connected to a PC, which is why it's only available on PC

(PSVR2 could technically have a streamer cam, since the monitor would be the TV the PS5 is plugged into, but there's been no news about that)

Upon checking, Pico uses Android. Meaning you can hypothetically find an APK of its version, download it to Quest 2/3, then play the Pico port.

Issue is the online APKs could contain malware, so you'd need to find somekne trustworthy, with Pico, and knows how to turn stuff into APKs.

VRChat has a Photo camera and a Streaming Camera, the photo camera is the only camera available on standalone and Streaming Camera is PCVR only.
