I was in a rec center with my friends looking the weekly with my friends i was playing laser tag and then my vr died and then i got back on and. It said failed to connect to rec net then i tried to go to rec net then it said 403 forbidden so then I texted in the group and they said im ip now im here so yeah get back to me when ever you can

That error doesn't have anything to do with being banned. Try RecNet again because it probably works fine now.

That's not a ban it's just an error code, 403 forbidden I believe is a Wi-Fi problem, and if you're failing to connect to rec net then I'd assume rec net is under maintenance so try again in a few hours, and check your internet.
