assuming youve marked this as cv1 because youre using game rules then what you need to do is configure the respawn points to only allow a single team to respawn on them

by default all teams are allowed to respawn at the newly spawned respawn point

i dont really know about that bug because ive largely stopped using cv1 alltogether because cv2 is simply just better
