So I’m trying to cash out but it says you don’t have the minimum balance but I have 250k does anyone know how to fix

You have 250k Pending, this means you have yet to receive the tokens. Also the first picture's stats are for 2023

Your tokens are currently pending. This means that depending upon when your keys/consumables/inventions were purchased, you'll receive those tokens in up to two weeks from now.
If those were purchased last week for example, you can expect your tokens tomorrow (or much later today depending on time zones - roughly 19 hours from when I send this message iirc). If some were purchased yesterday, you should expect those not tomorrow, but next week.
