I recently logged on to rec room and saw my account has been stolen if there’s a player named @don.sosa that’s my account (previously @spiral.Jay) and I have proof of him changing my personal information for the account (email, username and password) I submitted a ticket the only thing I can do is wait :/

Its wise when submitting a ticket to include information such as past transactions on the previous email on the account. Usually there isn't really a way to prove the account was originally yours unless you have transactional proof that you spent money on that account. That was the way we got an account back for one of our friends.
