Because its cooler that way. Hes always been lvl 99 and It would be weird for other players to have his lvl. Also lvl 50 is the last level that looks good bc level 100 would be a 3 digit number (would go out of the lvl box) and any other number in between 50 and 99 would look bad as a final level.

Levels are both for "experience" and status. Mostly status tho since 99 is the cap for the game and because it's only created for Coach-- the main user for everything-- it's better we just stay at 50. Not glazing a bot or anything, but it's like having Jesus in the game, and he's somehow all like us. It wouldn't make sense to add more levels, and just be up to them if they have a bigger purpose.
