When I downloaded the update it said I didn’t and also I lost my dragon plate armor torso after getting the first problem fixed

I’ve never heard of this cosmetic before. Are you using FBA? If so I think it might not appear due to it not being compatible

You don't need to worry about losing it. The purchase is tied to your account, so when it is fixed, you will have it in your locker again. As you can see in these two photos, it is visually bugged. This has happened a few times now with the black royal tabard and the more recent Cyber Fortune Teller torso.
