why didn't i get my orange bubbly?

i did the survey and submitted it but nothing

i did it three days ago, and i know i typed my username correctly

(i am a bit new to the game so it might just take a while but still)

You won’t get it immediately they give survey rewards out to everyone at specific dates

They just haven’t distributed the rewards yet is all cause I believe the survey is still ongoing

They have to close the survey and look at the answers. You won't get the bubbly for another couple weeks. Of course this may vary, but you won't see it for a while.
