Adding to this: if you reinstall the app and it still doesn’t work after opening it try checking Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Microphone in your phone settings

There should be a setting called Content & Privacy Restrictions somewhere in there, click that

The main setting at the top(before that page) should let you turn off restrictions if they’re on, try that and see if Rec Room will let you give mic access when clicking on your mic
