BTW, taking a screen shot from the Quest is a lot better than whatever that is you are doing. Quick way is to hold the right menu button and pull the right trigger, if that don't work, then you can click the camera on the menu and then share the image through the photo app. Cause no one can really read that mess there. But, the issue looks to have been a Meta issue globally. Just reboot your device and see if it works now.
