I would act anyways, waiting has lost me an account once (not Rec Room), and it was a very terrible loss. Anything could happen from changing your pass and other info, and you don't want to wait 30 whole days just to come back to it stolen completely. I'd make the ban appeal as soon as possible, and wait for the response instead.

This happens to me but I got banned for 90 days, I have another 48 days lol, I've sent two and i explained my situation because the dude also hacked into my discord and the emails of everyone that lives in my house.

they literally say inside of how to videos, it doesnt matter who does what on your account, unless you have proof somebody logged in from a different location and they can confirm on their end, theyll unban you. if they cant. its your fault, you are responsible for your account. people use this excuse all the time but instead of "getting hacked" they say "my little brother did it" which is the oldest trick in the book, it doesnt work, you own your account, you take care of it

because when your account gets fully lost you have to tell them, "where my account was created"
