The current 2d watch ui seems so much more laggy and confusing compared to the 3d one. I don’t know what RecRoom is going for but I personally don’t see a point to having the 2d UI.

I do miss the old ui for the watch and makerpen. But what I’ve been told on why they changed it, is because they wanted to make it more appealing to the screen mode players (pc screen, console, and mobile). I wish there was a option to toggle to which you’d rather have. But I doubt RR will ever revert back to it.

Sometimes when I edit roles in a room, it glitches the old makerpen ui. I think “oh man, the memories” but that’s about all we got nowadays

That’s mostly because you’re the 3-D menus that you were clicking on take up much less amount then the play screen it’s actually less laggy because one of the other reasons why they did it was because of performance
