I'm Going to be honest here, and I Don't care what anyone says Rec room removed doubleshot for a reason, and probably for a good one mind you it might've been tough for them to conclude that doubleshooting has to be removed but i think its for the better in ways i cannot explain.

Well by "fixing" doubleshot they screwed up the smooth play of everything else. Paintball was my favorite. I can't use grenades hardly anymore .. pick one up and it falls as you cook it .. and half the time I can't grab it unless I stop .. throwing seems to be affected too. Go to grab the flag, and I miss 3 times, time enough to get shot. Grab a gun, same issue. And accuracy is still off, even though there's a "fix" for that. RR really screwed up. I know a couple veterans who left RR. And now in paintball lobbies I'll hear disgusted veterans say .. "let's go to Pop 1" Wow .. horrible update

Also before double shot was patched everyone didn't complain about double shot and infinite shot. My entire opinion on this (so I can unfollow this thread):

Double-shot raised the skill ceiling exponentially from where it was without it, and generally, people who could double-shot could also beat the given quests without double-shot.

It's fair to point out that double-shot is a glitch; however, glitches don't always need to be patched, and in this case, this glitch made the game significantly better and way more replayable.

Replayability is the main thing I rate games on; the first thing I ask people when they recommend a game to me is how replayable it is. Double-shot was basically the only thing giving GT & CC any replayability.

I can understand them patching infinite shot, however I would like for them to have coded in a pseudo-double-shot first, or at least for them to do it eventually.

i think doubleshot right now is better, because you have to purposefully positon your hand in order for you to pull it off, meaning new players cant discover it by accident as easily anymore
