i completed a makerpen class twice but havent got the green bubbly, how does that work

The creator bubbly isn't given out for completing the classes. You get the green graduation gown from completing those. Teachers may earn the creator bubbly when completing a semester and on Teacher appreciation day. You may also get the bubbly by being featured in the Gallery. It could be possible to get it from being the featured creator or have a room featured, but I don't have that confirmed as of now
